Product Description

NatoFlex offers a high concentration of glucosamine combined with chondroitin and an equally increased amount of methylsulphonylmethane (MSM). The combination exhibits a distinct benefit when compared to the individual agents.
 
Osteol (Bio-active milk proteins) further seems to exhibit pronounced supplementary effects when combined with glucosamine and chondroitin.

Experimental investigations have demonstrated enhanced cartilage preservation, since Osteol appears to improve chondrocyte protection and increases the anti-inflammatory effects of the other components.

Directions

Two Tablets morning and evening or as recommended by a qualified Healthcare Provider. Best taken with a meal and with a full glass of water or fruit juice.

Safety Warning

Avoid this product if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the components.

If you are allergic to shellfish a qualified Healthcare Provider should be consulted, before taking a Glucosamine-containing Product. (Glucosamine is usually extracted from Shellfish shells). A hypersensitivity reaction is unlikely to occur, since very highly purified glucosamines are used in NATOFLEX, thus the presence of proteins in the glucosamine fractions is very low or non-existent. Therefore, it is unlikely that a hypersensitivity reaction could occur if sensitivity to shellfish has previously been observed.

Diabetics should use caution when using GLUCOSAMINE-CONTAINING Products, because it has been suggested by some investigators that it may raise blood sugar levels. However, glucosamines are not metabolized in the same way as sucrose (sugars); hence an increase in blood sugar is unlikely to occur. This is supported by various researchers in the field.

Diabetics or if you are taking any “blood thinners” (Anticoagulants) e.g. warfarin and related drugs, you should preferably inform your Doctor or a qualified Healthcare Provider, before taking any Complementary or Alternative Medicine. It has been reported that Glucosamine may enhance the anticoagulant effect in some cases.

No data are presently available regarding it safety during pregnancy and lactation, neither are there any data on file about the safety in children.
